Deep Exfoliation 
1. Rinse and steam your body with warm water for 1-3 minutes.
2. Place hand in Spa Mitt and wet with warm water.
3. Firmly massage your body in circular motions.
4. Rinse away any dirt that is exfoliated.
5. After exfoliation, use your favorite Naera soap to cleanse your skin.
*For maximum results repeat every 3-5 days.

Daily or Light Exfoliation 
1.  Place hand in Spa Mitt and wet with warm water.
2. Apply your favorite Naera soap to the Spa Mitt.
3. Firmly massage your body in circular motions.
4. After exfoliation, rinse your skin with water.


♦ CARE ♦
Hand wash Spa Mitt with soap and water before and after use. Squeeze excess water from Spa Mitt and hang to dry after each use. Replace Spa Mitt every 3-6 months or as-needed. Do not machine wash or machine dry.
